Our lifetime warranty covers the workmanship of our construction — structural integrity, framing, roofing installation, and siding work. If a defect in our craftsmanship causes a problem, we come back and fix it at no charge. The warranty stays with the structure and is transferable to a new owner. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by severe weather events, or modifications made by third parties after completion.
